The main products of the company's medical division include Class 2 medical devices (disposable medical masks, medical surgical masks, and KN95 masks) and Class 3 medical devices (head gamma knife, breast gamma knife, and head-body gamma knife). We always adhere to the customer-centered philosophy and the long-term unremitting efforts to accumulate wisdom. We consider exquisite design as the support, advanced manufacturing technology as the foundation, high product quality beyond customer expectations as the goal.In the company, about 450 square meters of clean workshops with five production lines have been put into operation. It has an air conditioning system and a purified water preparation system to ensure the clean workshops meet the medical device production quality management standards. In those workshops, there are 3 flat mask production lines and 2 KN95 (gb2626-2019) mask production lines. Two flat mask production lines are used to produce YY/T 0969-2013 disposable medical masks, and one flat mask production line is used to produce YY 0469-2011 medical surgical masks. Additionally, we also have about 100 square meters of laboratories, including the sterile laboratory, the microbiological laboratory, and the positive control laboratory. Our equipment includes ear belt tensile testing machines, biological safety cabinets, high-pressure steam sterilizers, constant temperature incubators, biochemical incubators, workbench purifiers, bacteria collectors, intelligent particle detectors, etc. We have a complete and comprehensive medical device management system and ensure its effective operation.
